What is THERAPY?
Therapy, also called counselling or psychotherapy, is a short or a long term intervention by a registered clinical professional. It is designed to assess all areas of one's life, create an in depth understanding of one's presenting concerns and develop a comprehensive plan of intervention. It often involves homework that one has to complete between sessions and a regular measurement of symptoms to determine if there is an improvement.
