The following safety measures are being implemented in the office
Sanitization of the furniture, door knobs and office supplies between sessions
15 to 30-minute gaps between sessions
UV filtration for anti-viral air protection
2-meter distance between seating areas
Hand sanitizer is supplied
Facial tissue is supplied
Bottled water is supplied
Foot-pressed garbage disposal is available
SandTray option is limited to one client per day to allow proper sanitization

Please wait outside or in the car if arriving earlier than 5 minutes before the session.
Masks are optional (bring your favourite:). We provide if needed.
Number Of Sessions
Generally I see people for 5 to 10 sessions. The goal is to help clients to resolve their concerns in the fastest manner possible. At times, however, depending on the severity of the symptoms and concerns, the therapy can be extended until the desired outcome is achieved.
Your workplace Extended Health Benefits may cover the cost of counselling provided by a Registered Counsellor. Please consult with your Insurance Company Provider or with your Human Resource Department to verify your coverage prior booking the first session. Receipts not submitted for insurance claims may be tax deductible under medical expenses.
The following methods of payments are accepted:
The payment is generally due within the 5 business days of the appointment.
Sessions are generally billed to the clients.
Sessions through EAP are billed directly to the EAP providers.
Any additional session notes, reports, insurance statements are billed at a regular hourly rate.
Please note that you are welcome and encouraged to take as many session notes as you'd like.
Please allow 24 hours to rebook or cancel the appointment.
Missed appointments and late cancellations are billed at $100 per session.
